The PLATINIUM GROUP entity, which you as a user entered an agreement with when using PLATINIUM GROUP’s platform, will be the Processor for User data, as outlined above in the “INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU” section.

All data collected by PLATINIUM GROUP will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities. PLATINIUM GROUP has a data processing agreement in place with its provider, ensuring compliance with the Directive. All hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. All transfers of data internally in the EEA is done in accordance with this data processing agreement.

As PLATINIUM GROUP is located out of the EU, the controller’s representative is the Spanish entity of PLATINIUM GROUP. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos).

If you are visiting our website from outside the European Union, please be aware that you are sending information (including Personal Data) to France where our servers are located. That information may then be transferred to other countries outside of your country of residence, depending on the type of information and how it is stored by us. However, our collection, storage and use of your Personal Data will at all times continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy.

Moreover, some of our partners, subcontractors, promoters or joint controllers can be located in a country that does not ensure an adequate level of protection regarding GDPR Regulations and the European Commission.

In the case that we have to share your personal data with them to fulfil our obligations to you, we ensure either of the following:

  • A contract or other legal act details the transfer’s conditions made between us (including standard data protection clauses) or,
  • We ask your consent to the transfer or,
  • We justify that the transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and PLATINIUM GROUP or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request or,
  • We justify that the transfer is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in your interest between us and another natural or legal person.

Example: In certain cases, we need to transfer your name, surname and email to a promoter located in the USA or Australia. This transfer is always necessary for the performance of the contract between us: the edition of your ticket.

This kind of transfer is occasional and we ensure you appropriate safeguards by adequate security and contractual measures anytime we have to make this transfer. You can ask us for a copy following the process described in the privacy policy or directly to the promoter concerned, who is the controller of your data after the transfer.

In any case, We provide appropriate safeguards according to GDPR Regulation and inform you about transfer conditions before the conclusion of the contract between us by this privacy policy and according to the Terms & Conditions where a list of promoters is available.
